Appointment Information
Appointments can be made using the above Book Appointment link to HotDoc. You will be asked to fill out two online forms which we require for us to confirm your appointment. If we require further information our team will contact you via email.

If you believe you need to be seen more urgently for a Lesion of Concern please book the next available appointment but also call or email us so that our staff can get details from you. Dr Mya and Dr Fong triage all urgent requests and referrals and will attempt to see you within an appropriate timeframe.
Appointment Cancellations
For any appointment cancellations please call our reception team on (02) 5101 4016 . We ask that you notify us as soon as possible, as any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a fee.
If you test positive for Covid-19 or have cold or flu symptoms we ask that you inform us as soon as possible and have your appointment rescheduled with our friendly reception staff.
Our Fees
Please read the following fee structure for appointments with Dr Joanna Mya, Dr Alicia Fong and Dr Irene Giam. We require you to consent to our fees prior to your appointment.
Do note that our fees are the same for all patient appointments, including DVA and concession card holders.
BSCC - Itemised Fees
Our standard skin check appointments are 30 minutes
BSCC - TBP Fees
**Some private health funds cover total body photography up to $110 per annum - please contact your health fund to check your cover
BSCC - Procedure Fees
A detailed fee breakdown will be emailed to you prior to any planned surgical procedures
(Any additional procedure items will acquire an additional fee charged in proportion to the medicare rebate)

We understand the demand for skin examinations at the moment and appreciate that you may be waiting to see our specialists for your general skin check. Here are some tips on how to check your skin at home and what to look out for.

Braddon Skin is located at 42 Mort street, unit 102. Our clinic is located on the first level which is accessible by elevator and stairs. Upon arrival to the M42 building, you will find our intercom to the LEFT of the front door to the building.

Parking
There is pay by hour street parking along Mort street and Lonsdale street. There is also a pay by hour Wilsons carpark located at 36 Mort Street, Braddon, which is only a 1 minute walk from our clinic.
Public transport
We are located just a 3 minute walk from the Eloura Street tram stop for those travelling from north Canberra. Alternatively, the closest bus stop is Northbourne Avenue bus stop which is accessible by bus 842 from the city bus interchange.
